My students started this school year with distance learning. Which means that their usual school portraits are not on a calendar. And challenged me to find a creative solution for my kids, friend's families, and the community. Thus, the idea for pop-up outdoor portraits. We can recreate the school photo with new ideas.

This school year may have started differently for your family. Some students may be back in classrooms, while other students are in hybrid classrooms, and others are distance learning. If your student isn't receiving portraits at their school, I can help. Parents reached out to me asking about school photos for their kids. Which gave me the idea for socially distanced portraits. These sessions are available for any K-12 students from any school in Nevada County.

I also enjoy real kids and real moments. I take photos when they're not looking at the camera, when they're not giving that camera-ready smile.
